Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4, 1979, is an American actress. She has appeared on the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are also voiced by her. The series began with the English version of Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). She is a part-Italian and of Italian descent. Cook has made her public service announcement in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model when she was 10 years old and was featured in national advertisements for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
