Will Ferrell
first became well-known as a member of the cast of 'Saturday Night Live. Later,
he appeared in a variety of major screen comedies, like Elf, Anchorman' and
even ’Talladega Nights. Will Ferrell was a Los Angeles-based comedian who was
born in Irvine in 1967. Following his seven-year tenure as Saturday Night
Live's Cast Member, Ferrell became one of the most popular comedic actors in
the industry by releasing off-color films like Old School (2003) or Anchorman:
The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004). Ferrell was also co-founder of the streaming
video site Funny or Die and enjoyed the success of as a voice actor in animated
films such as Megamind (2010). John William Ferrell was conceived in Irvine,
California on July 16 1967. Will Ferrell was the eldest of Lee Ferrell,
Righteous Brothers keyboardist, and Kay Ferrell. As a University High School
student, he was not exactly a class clown. He was calm and studious however, he
decided to play football and set records for his school in terms of the most
field goals made. Ferrell showed little of the outrageous, humorous outbursts
which would make him famous later on in his career although he was in the
suburbs of peace and quiet.
